Role Description

Leland is seeking an experienced Dentist & Dental Practice Coach to work with clients looking to grow their clinical skills and build a successful dental practice. This role includes:

• Teaching core skills in patient care, treatment planning, and surgical procedures.
• Guiding clients through specialties and certification requirements.
• Supporting clients in navigating purchasing a practice.
• Understanding oral health education best practices for patients.
• Offering resume review and interview prep tailored to dental professionals.
• Providing networking strategy and salary negotiation support.

Ideal candidates have:

• Hands-on experience as a practicing dentist or dental practice owner (as a dentist, practice consultant, or industry professional).
• A strong understanding of both clinical care and practice management.
• A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.

Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
