Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team at a leading telehealth behavioral health company. As a Telehealth Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to clients remotely. • Conduct virtual assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a confidential and secure environment.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
• Stay current on industry best practices, therapeutic modalities, and telehealth regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, Psychologist, etc.).
• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and virtual interactions.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional guidelines.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to evolving telehealth practices.
