[Hiring] Clinical Therapist @Center of Hope for Behavioral Health

Role Description

We are seeking Clinical Therapists who are committed to walking alongside clients through their challenges while growing their own clinical skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively.
• Maintain a caseload to support a minimum of 15 completed client sessions per week (minimum availability of 20 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program.
• Must be independently licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns.
• Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience with children and/or adolescents with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, identity, depression, etc.).
