Role Description

As a Team Lead, Clinical Operations at ICON, you will oversee clinical trial operations, ensuring the successful execution of studies while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Oversee clinical operations workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Lead and manage the clinical operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to optimize study design and operational processes.
• Monitor study progress and performance metrics to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site personnel and external partners.

Qualifications

• Solid clinical operations experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Proven experience in clinical operations, with a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across various functions.
