[Hiring] Clinical Supervisor, Admissions Team @Groups Recover Together, Inc.

Role Description

The Clinical Supervisor will play a key role in our organization by supporting the delivery of high-quality care. Responsibilities include:

• Achieving quality goals and helping to implement new clinical protocols and initiatives.
• Serving as a role model, reflecting the organization’s treatment philosophy, goals, and policies to colleagues and members.
• Managing a team of 10-15 counselors on the Centralized Intake Team.
• Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Member Services and collaborating closely with the Operations Director, Clinical Director, and Director of Quality and Compliance.

Key duties include:

• Coaching clinical staff on managing complex cases and improving their clinical skills.
• Providing direct clinical oversight and support regularly.
• Driving clinical outcomes by performance managing substance abuse counselors.
• Conducting clinical supervision to develop skills and drive performance improvement.
• Conducting direct observation of intake counseling services to provide feedback and coaching.
• Partnering with the Operations Director to ensure smooth day-to-day functions.
• Addressing quarterly chart review trends and providing additional training/support as needed.
• Ensuring timely submission of clinical documentation.
• Assisting in preparations for site audits.
• Providing Counselor coverage as needed.
• Participating in the interview process for Counselors.
• Performing quarterly/annual performance reviews for Clinical Staff.
• Helping roll out new clinical protocols and product offerings.
• Identifying and acting on opportunities for improved performance.
• Participating in Quality & Compliance related initiatives.
• Ensuring effective training for new Counselors.
• Identifying staff training needs to meet quality goals.
• Supporting development of training content as a subject matter expert.
• Delivering structured onboarding for new employees.
• Representing the organization in meetings and events.
• Assisting Clinical Directors with implementing new clinical protocols.
• Being accountable for clinical outcomes and related KPIs in assigned region.
• Working collaboratively with providers and the Regional Medical Director.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or similar field).
• At least 2 years of full-time behavioral health experience and licensed at the independent level as an LADC/CADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC-CS, LICDC-CS, LISW-S, LCAC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health at high-quality, reputable organizations.
• A desire to assume general management responsibility and extend skills beyond direct clinical work.
• Knowledge of the local market and the addiction space.
• Proven management experience leading people and teams.
• Experience hiring top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Some exposure to operations and an appreciation of running a medical practice at scale.
• Experience with a multi-site healthcare services organization strongly preferred.
• Extremely high standards for self and team.

Benefits

• Pay: $28.00 - $35.00/hr
• Schedule: 4,10s Monday - Thursday PST
