Role Description

My client, a reputable healthcare company, is hiring for a remote Clinical QA Analyst!

Their process includes the following:

• Double Checking to verify what was processed.
• Identifying if certain surgeons and specialties were used and if State Insurance was correct.
• Verifying if the services requested by clients were met accurately.
• Ensuring that services met their policies and criteria and were necessary.
• Providing answers and updates to clients based on the verification process.
• Ensuring reports are well-written, grammatically correct, and clinically sound.
• Communicating results to clients via phone and email.
• Managing time effectively for quick turnaround cases.
• Specialization in Workers Comp, with a focus on chronic illness.
• Broad experience in the field is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree (RN or LPN) with active credentials.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Clinical knowledge for conducting reviews.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Contract to Hire position based out of Rockville, MD 20852.
• Pay range: $26.50 - $28.50/hr.
• Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
