Role Description

This is a remote position.

Position: Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)

Location: Fully Remote (Will have to attend training session)

Time: Shift-based

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing expert psychological services to enhance the mental well-being of clients. In addition to conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, you will take on a leadership role by supervising psychologists and guiding their professional development. This role also includes leading impactful webinars, workshops, corporate trainings, and community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans for mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.
• Facilitate educational programs and workshops on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and emotional resilience.
• Offer consultations to refine therapeutic processes and improve intervention efficacy.
• Supervise and mentor psychologists, supporting their therapeutic practices and professional growth.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic, integrated mental health care.

Qualifications

• You hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (M.Phil. is a must) and are licensed to practice independently.
• You have extensive clinical experience, particularly in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges.
• You excel in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
