We are growing! Clinical Solutions Pharmacy is looking to add an ambitious, impactful, goal-oriented Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist to our team.

Qualifications

Degree: PharmD.
-
Valid Pharmacist license in good standing.

Multi-State licensure is a plus, state of TN required.
-
5 plus years of experience as a pharmacist or graduate of accredited residency program.

Excellent motivator and team oriented.

Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

Self-motivated and strong leadership skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to obtain relevant board certification, if needed.

Proficient knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word), and Adobe; experience with Power BI; ability to learn new systems.

Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening process.
Requirements

Assist with client reporting needs and the clinical questions.
-
Clinically assess assigned clients and conduct client reviews as assigned.

Assist with CSP newsletter for clients and with the pharmacy students.

Support an environment that promotes optimal efficiencies, staff retention, and superior quality of business office employees.

Maintains and cultivate positive client relationships.

Maintains and cultivate positive working relationships with other departments at CSP.

Answers any pharmacist related calls and/or questions.

Create content and present content at client meetings.

Serve as clinical liaison to assigned clients.
-
Develop report packages both narrative and graphical.
-
Provide medication related in services to CSP staff.
-
Assist with specialty/limited distribution medication needs.
-
Assist with other non-CSP pharmacy needs (compounded medications).
-
Assist with REMS program needs, reporting, and requirements.
-
Make accurate, clinically relevant recommendations and consultations.
-
Assist with DUR recommendations for clients.
-
Assist with client formulary management.
-
Assist with daily non-formulary medications reviews, client communication, and non-formulary processing.

Assist with evaluation and implementation clinical software.
-
Assists in the daily activities of the pharmacy, including the development, oversight, and monitoring of services, in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the VP of Clinical Services and Senior Director of Clinical Operations & Customer Experience.

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Clinical Services and Senior Director of Clinical Operations & Customer Experience.

Provide general clinical pharmacy support for CSP and its clients.

Provide medication profile reviews, patient and prescriber education where needed, and drug interaction reviews and resolution strategies.

Review current lab work and assist in disease state management based on clinical indicators.

Provide patient education regarding proper use, interactions, common adverse effects, etc. of medications as needed.

Remains current of current state, federal and company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Adhere to regulatory and company compliance, Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (OSHA, DEA, State Board of Pharmacy, etc.). Advise pharmacy staff on changes to any known regulatory changes/updates.

Must be able to provide in person or web-based presentations to clients and internal staff.

Must possess strong leadership abilities to coordinate multiple associates and provide direction to accomplish job functions.

Proficient knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Power BI and Word), and Adobe.

Ability to work remotely while demonstrating time-management skills in a remote environment.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.

Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions, and allergies.
Physical Demands

Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
