Role Description

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse ready to step into the future of healthcare? Amplar Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Nurse – Online Doctor (Virtual Care) to play a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care.

In this dynamic role, you’ll bridge clinical excellence and operational support, working closely with GPs to streamline results management, support clinical governance, and enhance patient outcomes—all within a fast-paced virtual care environment.

• Support GPs with clinical results, follow-ups, and patient communication
• Contribute to incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver nurse-led patient follow-up and triage
• Reduce GP administrative load while maintaining high clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with 3+ years’ nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Experience in primary care, hospital, or virtual health (telehealth a bonus!)
• Passion for innovation in digital healthcare
