Role Description

This is a remote position. Tired of doing sales? Join HealthTick and do what you do best - Coaching people.

At HealthTick, we don't give diet plans. Instead, we work on habit building in terms of eating, physical activity, sleep, and stress. You'll be handling 100-150 users at a time. Apply only if you are okay to learn a new approach towards weight loss.

The best part? We never set sales targets for you. You do what you do best - consulting the users.

What will you do?

• Help people lose weight, reverse lifestyle diseases & build healthy habits in 4 areas - eating habits, active lifestyle, sleep, stress management.
• Connect with patients over video consultations, audio consultations, and messages on a regular basis.
• Offer consistent support and encouragement through regular check-ins, fostering sustainable progress.
• Ensure that people lose 2-3 kgs each month sustainably.

Work Location: Work From Home

Working days: 6 days a week are working days.

Qualifications

• Self-managed people who complete their work on time.
• Must have a master's degree in nutrition & a good hold on the subject.
• Must be very fluent in both Hindi and English. Fluency in any third language is a plus.
• Must have prior experience in online consultations.
• Must be very empathetic & detailed in consultations.
• Ability to handle 100-150 active users.
• Prior experience as a health or habit coach is preferred.
