Role Description

• Maintain rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health.

• Has the authority to interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assign day-to-day work activities; direct the functional and technical job performance of team members.
• Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs.
• Manage performance including setting goals, clarifying job expectations, monitoring performance progress, providing feedback, recognizing developing skills, and addressing performance issues.
• Work with individual clinic management and medical staff to evaluate, monitor, and enforce clinic-specific protocols, procedures, and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and standards.
• Integrate charging/reimbursement changes into every level of clinic operations by coordinating with the clinic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Other and minimum of 1 year experience in the discipline, upon hire.
• 3 years’ experience in the discipline or Masters Other and no experience, upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and 3 years related experience in a clinic/physician office, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
