[Hiring] Clinical Nurse Manager/Triage Nurse @Absolute Elder Care

Role Description

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Remote Clinical Nurse Managers/Triage Nurses to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct remote assessments of clients' health status and develop personalized care plans
• Provide remote supervision and support to our team of caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clients
• Conduct remote triage and provide guidance to clients and their families on managing health concerns
• Monitor and track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and care plans
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on health-related topics
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care or a related field
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in using technology for remote communication and documentation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
