As Clinical Development for Migraine, you won’t just run a study. ENV-308 isn’t another CGRP blocker. Its mechanism offers a fundamentally different entry point into migraine biology, addressing the metabolic and inflammatory underpinnings of migraine that current standards of care ignore. This role owns the migraine clinical story for ENV-308 - you will shape how the field thinks about migraine and prove it in public by mid-2027.

What You’ll Do

• Build the ENV-308 clinical thesis for migraine from mechanism to endpoint, bringing deep disease expertise and regulatory fluency to every decision.
• Activate the site and KOL network the program can’t build without you, mapping the highest-value PI relationships for both episodic and chronic migraine populations.
• Drive the thinking behind and execution of the migraine study design and protocol.
• Lead clinical components of regulatory submissions and clinical activities.
• Lead the stakeholder dialogue to enable a high-quality Phase 2 study and drive clinical success, including regulators, KOLs and Ad Boards, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical operations, translational, regulatory, and data science teams to move quickly from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• MD, US-based - neurology or headache medicine with deep migraine subspecialty focus preferred; a recognizable name in the migraine clinical and research community.
• Live, warm global KOL and site network spanning headache medicine specialist centers.
• Track record of landing meaningful clinical readouts in migraine or closely adjacent neurology, pain, or metabolic conditions - ideally including at least one study where endpoint innovation was a core contribution.
• Fluency with the regulatory and endpoint complexity of migraine.
• An undisputed champion for patients - someone whose decisions are always anchored in what is right for the people this program is designed to help.
• High-bandwidth, high-influence communicator who moves effortlessly across matrixed functions and builds alignment seamlessly.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic bias for action: clinical judgment grounded in rigorous science and a relentless quality-centric focus for patients.
• Entrepreneurial by nature: comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building, and motivated by impact over process.
