[Hiring] Clinical Data Analyst @Piedmont Healthcare

Role Description

Responsible for the organization and analysis of data in support of process improvement initiatives for various clinical areas and programs.

• Abstract and enter data into the required databases.
• Develop and generate outcomes reports and disseminate them to applicable parties.
• Act as an educational resource for other members of the clinical data registry.
• Responsible for data collection and validation for various reports/projects on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program - Required
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a health-related field with a focus on quality - Required
• In lieu of degree, five (5) years of clinical data abstraction experience, in addition to the minimum experience requirement - Required

Requirements

• 3 years previous experience in healthcare, information management, clinical data abstraction, data analysis, or quality role - Required
• In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of previous experience in healthcare, information management, clinical data abstraction, data analysis, or quality role - Required
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure. If RN, current R.N. licensure in the state of Georgia - Required
