[Hiring] Clinical Application Specialist @Sentec

Role Description

The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support. This role also supports broader company revenue growth goals via customer support and education.

• Provide training and education to new and existing Sentec users
• Work closely with the field sales and marketing organization to support new hire and ongoing sales training and development
• Conduct on-site and virtual education, training, and CE and non-CE presentations
• Participate in in-person state and potential national society presentations

• Act as the subject matter expert for the use of our products in key market segments to support company revenue growth goals
• Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education
• Develop a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulate the clinical & economic value proposition
• Participate in product evaluations and installations
• Assess needs and ensure comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products
• Provide education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts

This is a remote position (home-based in the southern CA region) with the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience
• Current RRT license is required
• Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred
• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred
• Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred
• Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing
