Role Description

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona and be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
• Reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.

Requirements

• Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

• Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $95,772–$120,545.
