What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas.
• Partnering closely with families and the behavior technicians you supervise.
• Developing and updating individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Conducting assessments and translating results into meaningful clinical goals.
• Providing hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting.
• Collaborating with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence.
• Ensuring clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and staff.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable providing services in home settings.

Requirements

• Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians (preferred).
• Familiarity with insurance-based ABA service delivery (preferred).
• Experience working with young children with ASD and related diagnoses (preferred).
