All remote hires must be willing to relocate to in-clinic work in Colorado or Salt Lake City within 6 months of start date.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $103,000/year
• Additional Earning Potential:
  • Flexible Relocation Bonus Options:
    • $15,000 bonus for relocating within 60 days of offer
    • $10,000 bonus for working remotely and relocating within 6 months of start date

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clients
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT team
• Conduct comprehensive program reviews and assessments
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Lead parent training sessions and collaborative meetings
• Support RBT professional development and skill-building
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plans

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA® Certification in good standing
• Passion for pediatric care and family-centered practice

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands
