Role Description
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a remote capacity, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through virtual platforms while building meaningful relationships with children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, emotional regulation, and functional independence through individualized ABA programming and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) using telehealth tools and caregiver interviews

Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) delivered in a remote setting

Provide virtual clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes collected remotely

Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover across home environments

Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs through virtual collaboration

Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines

Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth in a remote work environment
Qualifications

Masterβs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Active state licensure (if applicable)

Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
