[Hiring] Board Approved Psychology Supervisor @MedHealth

Role Description

Our business has been steadily growing and with it, the demand for psychology services to support our participants. We are looking for a board approved supervisor who would enjoy the flexibility of a part-time role, either for two or three days per week to help guide and mentor our provisional and junior psychologists.

• Provision of Individual supervision where you meet once a week with your supervisees to review their clinical practice, discuss case files, provide guidance around professional development, assignments and progress them towards registration.
• Provision of group supervision, meeting regularly with your allocated groups and facilitate a space for interns to reflect on their practices and work through client cases.
• Revision of clinical case files to ensure compliance and best practice.

Working in either our Dandenong, Bundoora or Caroline Springs office helps support our clinicians to provide a high standard of work that supports our participants and be part of our culture and team.
