Role Description

We are growing rapidly and seeking passionate Licensed Clinicians in Florida who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adults, and families — all from the comfort of home. You will provide Telehealth services to our clients in Massachusetts.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth to Massachusetts clients
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Qualifications

• Registered Social Work Intern (RCSWI) or Independently Licensed Clinician in Florida
• Must obtain your Massachusetts license with our support prior to start
• Compassionate, motivated clinician seeking flexibility and meaningful work
• Comfortable managing your schedule and caseload
• Availability that includes some evenings or weekends
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) or Portuguese
• Must be able to pass background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse - https://info.flclearinghouse.com
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

• Competitive Compensation: Earn $45–$55 per hour for hourly fee-for-service clinicians, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience.

• W-2 Employment: We hire W-2 employees only — no 1099 contractor arrangements.
