Role Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to conduct high-quality speech and language evaluations for K–12 students in public school settings. This is a 1099 contract role with extremely flexible scheduling—perfect for clinicians balancing other work, childcare, or part-time commitments. You’ll complete remote evaluations and consultations, analyze data from multiple sources, and produce clear, actionable reports that help students get timely, appropriate support. Our operations team handles scheduling, materials, technology setup, and report templates, so you can focus purely on clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Availability during school days to conduct remote speech and language assessments in various school settings
• Analysis and integration of data from intake forms, case histories, teacher/parent input, behavioral observations, and standardized assessments
• Production of clear, detailed reports with practical recommendations aligned to student needs
• Adherence to strict timelines to deliver high-quality reports to districts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish and/or Mandarin preferred)
• Current state licensure or eligibility to quickly obtain licensure in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Minimum of one year of experience conducting pediatric or school-based speech-language evaluations
• Proficiency in standardized test administration, scoring, and interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort building rapport virtually
• A secure, private workspace with reliable internet access
