Role Description

We're seeking compassionate, skilled professionals to support families when they need it most as part of our 24/7 Dementia Support Line team.

• Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to persons living with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and their loved ones.
• Share dementia education, coping strategies, and resource navigation.
• Triage callers using a structured support model, including escalation protocols.
• Document interactions in our care platform.
• Coordinate follow-up messages and hand-offs when needed.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related care fields.
• Experience supporting older adults, caregivers, persons living with cognitive and behavioral disorders like dementia, complex care, or mental health.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to handle emotional conversations with steadiness and empathy.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights & weekends.
• Reliable internet + quiet/private remote workspace.

Requirements

• Prior dementia care or caregiver support experience (preferred).
• Telehealth, call center, or hotline experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare helpful but not required.
