Qualifications

• You currently reside in Canada.
• Proficiency in English and French is required.
• Degree or diploma in Nursing with at least one (1) year of post-registration clinical experience, preferably in acute care.
• Registered with the NANB and the province where you live.
• Passion for helping patients.
• Strong communication, triage, and critical thinking skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to work and study independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous call centre experience is considered an asset.
• A desk, comfortable chair, access to a quiet home office space, high-speed internet, and the ability to hardwire your internet modem to the equipment we supply.
• This role may involve the use of approved artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support day-to-day tasks.
