Role Description

Vital Virtuals is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and highly organized bilingual healthcare professional to support a growing behavioral health practice.

• Answer patient calls in English and Spanish
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes, and medical records
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Perform administrative and data-entry tasks
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Medical receptionist, medical VA, or healthcare administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Requirements

• Intel Core i5 (8th Gen+) / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent
• 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)
• 256 GB SSD minimum
• Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+
• HD webcam and noise-canceling headset
• 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload minimum
• Stable fiber internet with low latency
• Backup internet connection preferred

Benefits

• $6.00/hour for the first 90 days
• $7.00/hour after 90 days
• Pay: Biweekly
