[Hiring] Bilingual Medical Biller @Staffing for Doctors

Role Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Medical Biller to support a growing healthcare practice specializing in Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Chiropractic care. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, persistent, and eager to grow within the medical billing field. While prior billing experience is valuable, we welcome candidates with strong aptitude, a willingness to learn, and at least 1 year of exposure to relevant specialties.

• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and work aging reports
• Resolve claim issues, denials, and resubmissions
• Communicate with payers regarding claim status
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Support clean claim submission and billing workflows
• Document updates and collaborate with internal team

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience or exposure to medical billing (orthopedic, pain management, or chiropractic preferred)
• Experience with AR follow-up and insurance claims
• Familiarity with ConexEM EMR and/or Trumpia VoIP (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Quick learner with a proactive and team-oriented mindset

Requirements

• Full-time contractor role (40 hours per week)
• Pay rate of $7–$8 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
