[Hiring] Bilingual French Medical Expert @Weekday AI

Role Description

This role combines your clinical expertise with language mastery to help train advanced AI systems in the healthcare domain. You’ll use your medical background and bilingual proficiency to create precise, culturally relevant, and technically accurate French-language medical content that reflects real-world clinical practice.

• Translate, adapt, and structure complex medical information into clear, high-quality content for AI model training.
• Write fluently in both French and English, ensuring linguistic precision and accurate use of medical terminology.
• Apply deep knowledge of the French healthcare system and medical culture to ensure authenticity and contextual accuracy.
• Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine and enhance content quality.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in French with excellent written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience in medical practice, research, or healthcare.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication abilities. Experience in medical writing, academic publishing, or instructional design preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in grading, rubric development, or instructional design (nice to have).
• Familiarity with generative AI or machine learning concepts (not mandatory).
• Remote and asynchronous role — work from anywhere, on your schedule.
• Approximately 20 hours per week commitment for around 2 months.
• Work within a structured project environment with defined goals and tools.
