Role Description
Catholic Charities is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health to children and adults in individual and group settings, in person or virtually.
Under the supervision of the Director and Program Managers of Clinical Services, the role involves:

Providing counseling services to individuals, adolescents, and families according to evidence-informed best practices and within agency guidelines.

Maintaining a minimum of 5 cases.

Compensation based on a 60/40 revenue split, with the contractor receiving 60% and Catholic Charities retaining 40%.
Job responsibilities include:

Conducting individual, family, marital, and group therapy counseling as directed by the clientโs clinical needs.

Ensuring that referrals are made to appropriate internal and external services as required to meet the needs of the client.

Responding to all referrals in a timely and professional manner.

Having some experience and understanding of trauma and Trauma Informed Care practices.

Maintaining accurate client documentation regarding services provided according to Agency guidelines, using the database(s) provided by the agency and within Agency time frame.

Actively participating in team meetings and training.
Qualifications

Masterโs degree in social work or related field.

License in Social Work or related field from the State of Tennessee (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP).

Bilingual English/Spanish (REQUIRED).

Knowledge of human behavior and child development.

Ability to use various methods and techniques of counseling with children, adults, couples, and families.
Requirements

Must possess a current NPI or be willing to obtain one.

Willing to be credentialed and paneled for private insurance through Headway.

Ability to handle confidential information with extreme professionalism.

Effective interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with the ability to learn new technology as needed.

Ability to exercise good judgment, courtesy, and tact in dealing with the public and staff.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Satisfactory completion of a background and reference check.
