Role Description

Sailor Health is hiring bilingual English/Spanish licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to Spanish-speaking older adults, fully from home. We fill your caseload, handle billing and admin, and give you real clinical support, so your time goes to patients.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)

Requirements

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth
• Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
