Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Authorization & Eligibility Insurance Specialist to join our elite team of professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.

• Remote in Connecticut (may need to travel to a branch)
• Strong Insurance knowledge: Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial
• Authorization experience & verifying eligibility
• Behavioral Health and Medical Terminology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with Medicaid/Insurance Experience
• Positive attitude

Benefits

• The base salary for this position is $41,600 to $57,000 annually, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting.
• Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
• This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings.
