Role Description

You're a licensed associate therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) in North Carolina who's already accruing post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure and wants a part-time remote caseload that matters. • Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
• Engage in case consultations
• Contribute to clinical program development

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Requirements

• Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities (preferred)
• Prior school-based or youth-focused experience (preferred)
• Bilingual Spanish/English fluency (preferred)
• Active NPI and CAQH (preferred)
