Role Description

The Assessment Clinician is responsible for all aspects of the initial assessment of clients for intake into the respective SAGE program, including:

• Conducting assessments
• Diagnosing
• Completing intakes for new clients

Pay

• Unlicensed Clinicians: up to $65,000
• Associate Licensed Clinicians: up to $68,000
• Independent Licensed Clinicians: up to $70,000

Work Environment

• Opportunity to work from home (must reside in Arizona)
• All equipment needed for this position is provided
• Looking for Assessors in the Phoenix Metro area, including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas

Work Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• Regular business hours

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
