Role Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for YouTube channel.
Understand YouTube algorithms and trends to optimize content for maximum visibility.
Formulate and execute digital marketing plans to drive traffic to website and OTT platform.
Design and implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Utilize SEO, SEM, and other tools to enhance online presence.
Build and nurture relationships with YouTubers and influencers to drive traffic to OTT platform.
Negotiate and establish tie-ups with influencers for collaborative content and promotions.
Leverage influencer marketing to increase OTT visibility within the target audience.
Utilize knowledge of OTT platforms to enhance OTT presence in the digital space.
Explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other OTT platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for OTT growth.
Collaborate with content development teams to ensure the creation of engaging and relevant content.
Ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in digital marketing, YouTube management, and OTT platforms.
Proficient in Google and YouTube algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing tools.
A geeky and techie individual with a passion for digital media and content creation.
