Role Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity.
- Manage public relations efforts to build positive relationships with the media and key stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Lead the development of communication plans to convey the company's vision and values.
- Manage the creation of compelling content for various media channels, including press releases, blog posts, and social media.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with partners and influencers to expand reach and enhance promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to optimize strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of creating short movies, teasers, trailers, and launches for YouTube and other platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality content production.
- Utilize analytics and audience insights to tailor content strategies and enhance viewership.
- Extensive experience managing a YouTube channel, including the production of multiple short films, teasers, trailers, and launches.
- Proven success in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, master classes, and Craft school initiatives.
- Focus on recruiting a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing, media, PR, promotions, branding, and communications.
- Leverage expertise in live productions and content indications to enhance the company's digital presence.
- Collaborate with the CEO to represent the brand effectively in various hosting capacities.
- Ensure alignment of brand messaging with executive leadership vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in marketing, branding, and content creation in the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content distribution.
- Demonstrated success in executing successful promotional campaigns and increasing audience engagement.
- Proficiency in video production and editing tools; experience in creating short movies for YouTube.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
