[Hiring] VP, Growth Marketing - Consumer Health Tech @Good People Recruitment

Role Description

As VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll own acquisition, performance, and full-funnel growth strategy end to end. You’ll lead a high-performing team and oversee significant media investment across channels, driving scalable, efficient growth while continuously optimizing the customer journey.

• Own Growth Strategy – Lead acquisition across paid social, search, affiliate, and emerging channels
• Drive Performance – Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion across the funnel
• Build Testing Frameworks – Establish rigorous experimentation across creative, channels, and audiences
• Forecast & Manage Spend – Own budgets, projections, and performance reporting at scale
• Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with creative, product, and ecommerce teams to align growth with brand and UX
• Lead & Scale Team – Build, mentor, and manage a best-in-class growth marketing team

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or consumer health/CPG
• Proven experience scaling acquisition at high spend levels
• Deep expertise across paid media, attribution, and lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and iteration
