Weβre looking for a VP, Director Digital Media Strategy to lead our end-to-end digital media strategy across Sportsbook and iGaming, driving measurable growth, efficiency, and long-term customer value.

Lead Digital Media Strategy

Develop the holistic paid media strategy across Sportsbook and Casino to drive efficient customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Build integrated media plans aligned to business goals, budgets, and lifecycle performance targets.

Category leader in digital innovation, setting the standard for advanced thinking and driving full-funnel performance.

Strong influencer who uses clear storytelling to simplify complexity and drive business understanding.

Drive Performance & Optimization

Lead a culture of testing, experimentation, and constant iteration across channels, audiences, creative, and bidding strategies.

Oversee full-funnel performance metrics, ensuring efficiency in CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback windows, and market-level growth.

Channel Leadership

Own strategy across key channels including paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and CTV/OTT.

Evaluate and scale new and emerging channels to unlock incremental reach and revenue.

Experience managing full-funnel channel teams, with a track record of bringing channel operations in-house.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Partner with CRM, Brand, Analytics, Product, and Creative to ensure channel alignment, optimal messaging, and coordinated fan journey execution.

Collaborate with Trading, Compliance, and Operations to ensure media aligns with regulatory and market conditions.

Agency & Vendor Management

Lead relationships with media agencies, technology partners, platforms, and measurement providers.

Drive accountability, performance, insights, and operational excellence across all vendors.

Data, Measurement & Insights

Establish and enhance measurement capabilities including MMM, MTA, incrementally testing, and LTV forecasting.

Transform complex data into insights that inform strategy, investment decisions, and executive-level reporting.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor a team of high-performing media strategists and channel experts.

Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and operational rigor.
Qualifications

15+ years of digital media or growth marketing experience, ideally within sports betting, online gaming, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer digital companies.

Deep expertise in performance media, including paid social, search, programmatic, CTV/OTT, and affiliate.

Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize multi-million-dollar media budgets with clear ROI accountability.

Strong understanding of LTV, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and incremental measurement.

Experience managing agencies, media partners, DSPs, and attribution/measurement tech.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present strategies to senior executives.

A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for experimentation and innovation.

Experience in a highly regulated or competitive industry is a strong plus.

Experience managing in-house media team.
Salary Range
$240,000 β $270,000 USD
