Role Description
We're looking for a VP, Omnichannel Media to build and lead the most sophisticated phase of media investment in Ritual's history. This is a rare opportunity to own Ritual's full omnichannel media budget as a single connected system that builds awareness among new audiences and converts category demand into profitable growth. You'll lead our full in-house media team across paid social, paid search, affiliate and partnerships, influencer marketing, and ad creative strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, youβll be both a strategic thought partner and experienced team operator, expected to not only craft and lead exceptional strategy, but also shape how we work effectively as an organization.

-
12+ years of progressive media experience, including VP-level or equivalent senior leadership scope.
-
Proven expertise in omnichannel media across top-of-funnel and performance channels.
