Role Description

The Vice President of Communications at Foundever is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive internal and external communication strategies that support the mission and strategic goals of the organization.

• Lead the development and implementation of a communications strategy designed to further organizational goals.
• Oversee and manage the organization’s external and internal communications channels.
• Work closely with other executives to craft messaging and communications that accurately represent Foundever vision and values.
• Coordinate public relations efforts that promote a positive image of the organization.
• Direct crisis communications, planning, and response.
• Manage a communications team and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure effective, consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of communications, public relations, or related experience with a strong emphasis on communications in the digital era.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within a complex organization.
• An intimate understanding of digital marketing and social media development strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive and manage a team effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is a strong plus.
