Role Description
Weβre seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to build out our consumer and vet marketing capabilities in preparation for the anticipated launch of our lead drug, LOY-002. This is a unique opportunity to set the strategy for how we will bring the first longevity drug for dogs to market.

Own our marketing and communications plan end to end.

Build an entirely new category of medicine for two diverse audiences: veterinary professionals and consumers.

Drive consumer awareness and understanding around aging as a treatable condition.

Focus on building the category with both audiences, including early messaging and positioning work for aging care.

Define how we measure success in the pre-approval phase.

Prepare for launch by building a team and ensuring we have what we need to educate veterinary professionals and drive consumer demand.

Own how Loyal communicates as a company, including progress across all drugs in our pipeline and promoting key publications and partnerships.
Qualifications

Diverse marketing background across both consumers and professionals (healthcare/animal health a plus).

Demonstrated track record of successful launches.

Strong team leader and builder.

Experience in setting strategy with an executive team while managing daily marketing tactics.
