Summary/objective

The VP, Demand Center will own isolved's marketing technology stack, data flow and operational processes that enable scalable digital demand generation, marketing automation, email execution, segmentation, list management and an ABM Center of Excellence. You will build and run a disciplined Demand Center approach to campaign orchestration and measurement, partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Channel, lead a team of ops/automation specialists, and drive systems, governance and vendor strategy to accelerate pipeline and revenue contribution across our SMB and midmarket customers. HubSpot experience is a plus.

 

The VP partners closely with sales, partner relations, brand, and product marketing teams to optimize marketing across channels and audiences. This role requires a strategic and execution-oriented leader who can drive results with systems thinking while leading a high-performing team.

 

Core Job Duties

  • Define and execute the marketing operations strategy that supports isolved's demand generation, ABM and partner marketing programs.
  • Own the marketing tech stack, integrations and data flows across MAP, perform as a business owner of the CRM, web analytics, CDP, ad platforms, segmentation governance tools, event systems integrations and partner relations management platform; ensure reliable, auditable and scalable connectivity and recundant backups.
  • Lead Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) operations: campaign builds, program templates, nurture and lifecycle programs, email execution, list imports/exports, suppression and deliverability best practices.
  • Establish a Demand Center operating model: standardized campaign assets, playbooks for channel & digital, templated reporting, program QA and deployment cadence to scale execution across teams.
  • Build and govern an ABM Center of Excellence (COE): account selection, orchestration, measurement, personalization at scale and alignment with sales and channel motions.
  • Implement robust segmentation and data strategies: audience definitions, scoring, enrichment, hygiene, consent management and list management processes.
  • Manage crossfunctional integrations and data governance with Sales Ops/CRM, RevOps, IT and partners to create a single source of truth and enable realtime lead routing and measurement.
  • Lead vendor selection, contract management and budget for marketing technology and agency relationships.
  • Hire, develop and manage a highperforming team of marketing operations, automation, analytics and data professionals.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards and reporting that tie marketing activity to pipeline, revenue and partner contribution; continuously optimize programs based on data.
  • Ensure marketing operations compliance with data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal policies.

Supervision

Experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience. May require advanced degree.

 

Scope

Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader. Drives significant impact and improvements across their function; strategically plans for how people and processes scale.

Erroneous decisions will have a significant long-term effect on the company's success, and may create additional cost for the business.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing operations/marketing technology experience, with 5+ years in senior/leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders
  • Experience in SaaS or HCM/HRTech environments, with a strong understanding of SMB and MidMarket sales motions as well as velocity sales.
  • Proven track record building and running Marketing Automation platforms and campaign operations at scale.
  • Strong technical skills around data flows, system integrations (CRM, MAP, CDP), APIs and ETL processes, including partnerships with Data teams.
  • Experience creating or leading an ABM program/center of excellence and scalable digital demand programs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with partner ecosystems and channel marketing operations.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills; experience partnering with Sales, Finance and Product.
  • Strong analytics orientation-comfortable defining and owning measurement frameworks that connect activity to revenue.
  • Proven success owning multi-channel demand programs tied to measurable revenue goals
  • Experience building pipeline through partner and influencer ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and marketing performance analysis
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and demand gen platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM tools)
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with sales to drive aligned go-to-market execution
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets.
