[Hiring] User Acquisition Manager @Lucida AI

Role Description

We’re building the future of AI-powered communication. Lucida AI is a fast-growing startup helping millions of people speak English fluently through ultra-realistic AI conversations. In a short time, we’ve reached millions of users globally and raised $7M from top-tier VCs. Now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who knows how to scale global growth.

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Manage and optimize high daily ad budgets
• Improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across markets
• Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously
• Work closely with product to improve conversion & retention
• Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets
• Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven track record in scaling B2C mobile apps
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution
• Experience managing large ad budgets
• Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards)
• Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
• Experience with subscription apps is a big plus
