Role Description
We are hiring a US Growth Marketing Manager to drive Asporaโs expansion in the United States. This role will focus on building distribution, partnerships, and local acquisition channels for the Indian diaspora.

Lead growth initiatives on the ground - developing partnerships with community organizations, local networks, and digital channels that drive meaningful user adoption.

The role requires someone who understands how trust-based financial products spread within diaspora communities.

Success will come from combining data-led experimentation with strong local relationships and distribution partnerships.
Location: Remote || Travel within US as needed
Qualifications

5 - 8 years of experience in growth, partnerships, or market expansion roles

Experience working with consumer fintech, payments, or cross-border financial products

Strong understanding of diaspora communities and consumer behaviour in the US

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and distribution channels from scratch

Experience executing growth initiatives across both community and digital channels

Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments
