Role Description

Du bist kein klassischer Influencer und musst auch keiner sein. Du bist jemand, der Lust hat, authentischen, lockeren Content zu machen, auf seine eigene Art. Kein auswendig gelerntes Skript. Kein aufwendiges Editing. Dein Stil, dein Vibe, dein Account. Du entscheidest, wie du Joy_ in deinen Content einbaust. Wir geben dir maximale kreative Freiheit, und du bekommst eine Vergütung, die mit deinem Erfolg wächst.

Qualifications

• Ein Gefühl für TikTok-Content hast und weißt, was auf der Plattform funktioniert.
• Authentisch und locker vor der Kamera bist – kein Hochglanz, sondern echt.
• Deutsch sprichst.
• Zuverlässig bist und dranbleibst – auch wenn mal kein viraler Hit dabei ist.
• Lust hast, eine coole Brand von Anfang an auf TikTok mitzuprägen.
• Idealerweise schon Erfahrung mit UGC oder Social-Media-Content hast (kein Muss!).

Requirements

• Du postest 2 kurze TikTok-Videos pro Tag auf deinem eigenen Account (15–60 Sek.).
• Du zeigst Joy_ auf deine Art: authentisch, nahbar, kreativ – kein steifes Werbe-Video.
• Du überlegst dir selbst, welchen Content du machen willst – volle kreative Freiheit.
• Du teilst einmal pro Woche kurz deine Insights mit uns (Screenshots reichen).
• Zeitaufwand: ca. 30 Minuten pro Tag – kurz drehen, hochladen, fertig (kein aufwendiges editieren/schneiden notwendig).
