Role Description

This role is focused on driving a sales engine through TikTok, transforming it into millions in monthly sales for brands.

• Own the entire creator ecosystem: recruitment, content direction, performance optimisation.
• Develop a track record, personal brand, and playbook within 12 months.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing.
• Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV).
• Exceptional written English and communication skills.
• Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets.
• Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours.

Requirements

• Sign and brief 20+ high-potential creators for each brand in your first 90 days.
• Build a 30-creator roster with <10 % churn and ≥3 % video CVR by month 6.
• Your network drives $250k/month in attributable sales by month 12.
• Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand’s voice and margin goals.
• Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos.
• Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content.
• Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams.
• Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability.
• Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook.
