Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Email Marketing Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t flinch when juggling multiple tasks. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about art, culture, and event marketing, and who is eager to grow and learn within a collaborative, high-energy team.
You’ll support our marketing department across various projects, including:

Executing email campaigns and managing ticketing backend tasks

Conducting research and handling administrative duties

Moving fluidly across different markets and team needs
You’ll be part of a team that brings artistic experiences and events to life, working alongside the marketing department on-site at fairs.
Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end build of email campaigns in Klaviyo, including template design, segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and post-send performance analysis.

Help maintain and update ticketing backend platforms (such as Universe, Eventbrite, etc.) including link creation, promo code creation, and support ticket marketing initiatives.

Create and implement UTM links for campaign tracking and performance analysis.

Coordinate cross-functional communications between internal teams, vendors, and partners.

Build and track tasks for our graphic design team using project management applications.

Update the company website.

Conduct online research to support marketing strategy and outreach.

Assist with and create reports at the completion of events.

Manage administrative tasks to support marketing planning, reporting, and organization.

Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
Qualifications

3-5 years professional working experience in marketing or event marketing.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume email execution (20-30 campaigns/month) in Klaviyo or a comparable ESP (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), including segmentation, performance reporting, and brand consistency.

Hands-on ticketing operations experience in Universe, Eventbrite, or similar, including event builds, promo code structures, embed configurations, and sales reporting.

Experience creating and implementing UTM links.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Wordpress, Slack, Canva, Bitly, project management applications (Notion or Asana).

Bonus: HTML email editing or Klaviyo flows/automation, or multi-market campaign management.
