Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Email Coordinator to support our team with the building and deployment of marketing emails in both English and Spanish.

• Build and format marketing emails in the email platform, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
• Coordinate email deployment schedules and execute sends according to established timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assets and meet deadlines
• Test emails to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Troubleshoot formatting or deployment issues and make timely corrections

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and reading proficiency preferred)
• Experience building and deploying emails using an email marketing platform is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
