Role Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven B2B Marketing Leader to spearhead our marketing efforts across the full customer lifecycle—from awareness and acquisition to retention and advocacy. You’ll lead a high-performing team, build integrated marketing strategies, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals and sales objectives.

Team Management:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (e.g., demand gen, content, digital, product marketing).

Demand Generation:
Own the planning and execution of lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email marketing, events, and partnerships.

Brand & Positioning:
Refine the brand story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Product Marketing:
Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Sales Enablement:
Equip sales teams with the tools, content, and insights needed to close deals effectively.

Analytics & Optimization:
Use data to measure campaign performance, ROI, funnel conversion, and continuously improve efforts.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with our Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to align strategies and goals.
Qualifications

5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.

Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA a plus.

This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 USD annually.
