Role Description
Prenuvo is seeking a hands-on paid media strategist to support execution across our core acquisition channels. As Strategist, Performance Marketing, you’ll be an embedded member of the Growth Marketing team—collaborating closely with internal leads to manage and optimize day-to-day campaigns for paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads).
Your primary focus will be tactical campaign management:

Implementing bid and budget optimizations

Testing and refreshing ad copy and creative

Executing cross-platform experiments that keep campaigns responsive to performance data and evolving creative direction
This role is a critical addition during a high-growth phase to sustain campaign momentum, drive efficiency, and scale Prenuvo’s customer acquisition through the busy season and beyond.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns

Proven success managing seven-figure monthly budgets and optimizing to CPA and ROAS targets

Deep proficiency in paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)

Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and pivot quickly based on performance insights

Familiarity with other platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit and tools like Google Analytics a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Experience in high-AOV consumer, healthcare, or wellness categories a plus
Requirements

Execute day-to-day campaign management + analysis across paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) including bid, budget, and audience optimizations

Refresh ad copy, creative assets, and extensions in collaboration with the internal team

Implement structured testing frameworks (copy, creative, audience, landing page) to identify performance drivers and scale winners

Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that align with overall acquisition goals (CPA, ROAS, Cost/Purchase)

Support the rollout of new channels and campaign types (YouTube, Demand Gen, etc.) as Prenuvo expands its media mix

Partner with internal teams on tracking and measurement to ensure high-quality signal input for campaign optimization

Collaborate with internal leads to deliver reports, insights, and recommendations for weekly reviews

Utilize paid media technology to manage campaigns, bids, and budgets at scale

The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000-$140,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographical location
