Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing and working across demand generation, product marketing, communications, brand, and revenue, this role owns Versa's content program from strategy through execution. Versa has strong technical differentiation in a crowded, noisy market. This role is about building the infrastructure to tell that story consistently, at scale, and with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Versa's social media channels across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and more with a point of view on where else we should be investing
• Build and execute a content strategy that drives meaningful engagement with security and networking audiences, not just follower counts
• Develop Versa's brand voice on social and write content both as the company and on behalf of executives and subject matter experts, translating their perspectives into content that resonates on each platform
• Turn complex technical concepts across SASE, AI-driven security, and network infrastructure into content that practitioners and business leaders want to engage with
• Monitor social conversations about Versa, our competitors, and the broader security landscape, and identify opportunities to participate authentically
• Stay on top of trending topics and platform-specific formats, and move quickly when the moment is right
• Partner with brand and content teams on awareness initiatives and campaign amplification
• Collaborate with communications on executive visibility, announcements, and event amplification
• Define the metrics that matter, report on performance regularly, and iterate based on data
• Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and distribution strategies to grow reach and engagement over time

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $150,000 to $200,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
