Role Description
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Social Media Scheduler / Manager to own the day-to-day publishing, coordination, and performance reporting of our organic content across all major platforms. This role is not about “posting when it feels right.” It’s about running a disciplined content operation.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every piece of content goes out on time, on-brand, on-platform, and is tracked properly so we can learn what’s working and double down on it. If you love systems, consistency, and turning creative chaos into a clean operating machine — this role is for you.
What you'll do
-
Build and manage a clean, reliable content schedule across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
-
Publish content consistently according to brand standards and platform best practices
-
Coordinate with editors, creators, and leadership to ensure content readiness
-
Write or finalize captions, hashtags, and basic post copy when needed
-
Ensure correct formatting, tagging, links, and posting times per platform
-
Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, growth)
-
Identify patterns in content performance and surface insights to the team
-
Maintain a centralized content calendar and asset library
-
Flag issues early (missed deadlines, bottlenecks, low performance trends)
-
Ensure brand consistency across all organic channels
Qualifications
-
Extremely organized and systems-oriented
-
Comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously
-
Data-aware (you don’t guess — you look at results)
-
Proactive and reliable — things don’t fall through the cracks on your watch
-
Clear and confident in written English communication
-
Able to work independently without constant supervision
-
Familiar with organic social content workflows and tools
Requirements
-
Proven experience managing or scheduling content across multiple social platforms
-
Weekly attendance in 1-on-1s and team meetings
-
Clear, daily async communication in Slack
-
Strong time management and follow-through
-
Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, native schedulers, etc.)
-
Experience with ClickUp
-
Proven experience with Manychat + DM setting
-
Access to high-speed internet and a reliable workstation
-
Comfortable working with an international, remote team
Benefits
-
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience.
